Item Creation:
Many of our items are made to order due to the color options available. It generally takes a couple of days to produce each item you have ordered, but we do promise to start making them the day we receive your order. If for any reason we are delayed due to materials, or other unforeseen reasons we will email you to inform you of the delay. Customer service is our #1 Priority and we want you to get your items as fast as possible.
Shipping:
Shipping from FedEx Ground, UPS, and US Postal priority mail are all available. You can choose the method and speed you like. Currently the system does not default to the lowest available, but you can select the option of your choice. All products are calculated at a minimum of 1 pound.
Payment:
Currently for online ordered we only accept PayPal. We will be looking to use Google Checkout in the future as our site can support it. Please know that you do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to process your payment. Setting up an account is always optional and for special orders we can process a credit card over the phone if needed.
Quantity Discounts and Coupons:
If you would like a quantity discount quote please Contact Us and we can provide one to you. We do have coupon code functionality now and will be offering discount coupons at shows and fairs that will be valid for limited times on the website.
Retail Locations and Sales Tax
Since we are based in New Hampshire, we are selling items through various consignment shops in Manchester, Nashua, and the Milford/Wilton area. Details of those shops and locations will be coming soon. However, due to tax laws and implications we will not be selling through consignment in other states. By keeping only a New Hampshire business presence it provides us the ability to ship to any other state without having to charge sales tax. Should we decide to have presence in any other state we would have to charge Sales Tax, and right now that is too much to deal with.
